RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VRSTORE, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the process.


1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

We offer easy exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear
  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at help@vrstore.in within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for exchange
  3. Our team will verify the request and share further instructions
  4. Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement will be shipped

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability or damage during transit
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. COD Orders

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide correct bank or UPI details

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our policy.


7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the customer’s location
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be requested to self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated in advance

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

9. Policy Abuse

VRSTORE reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we detect misuse or excessive return behavior.
