1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Regional restrictions
- High-volume sale periods
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on the website or product page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link provided in the confirmation message.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of checkout.
VRSTORE will not be responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failed delivery attempts caused by unavailability of the recipient
7. Delivery Attempts & RTO
- Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear unpacking videos of the package and product
We will review the issue and assist you as per our resolution policy.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. VRSTORE shall not be held liable for such delays.
